3309 and 2852 represent the amount of closed homes sales between July '22 and July '23. Within a year's span there's a 13.9% decrease in homes closed in Central FL. This is not something negative if you are a seller! What this means in a nutshell is there's less homes that are for sale and will sell as a result of it. Thus, leading to more demand than supply. Now as a seller you have leverage over potential home buyers. 

 

If you're someone with a lot of equity or a downsizer now is a great time to sell. Your proceeds after your home is sold should be at an all time high. An experienced agent will collaborate with you to help you price your home based on market conditions, take professional pictures, create great copywriting and market to attract high quality prospective buyers. 

 

As for buyers I'd use an experience agent to help you get the home you desire in this hot market. The experienced buyer's agent will make sure you have all your ducks in a row before even showing you a property. It's their job to protect their time and yours. Once everything is situated the buyer's agent will send a compelling offer to the seller and chances are the offer should be accepted.
